Strategy Academy 2026

JCI Vaasa will host the international Strategy Academy training program in 2026.

Strategy Academy is an advanced JCI-level training focused on strategic planning, long-term organizational development, and leadership decision-making. The program typically includes lectures, facilitated group work, case analyses, and structured discussions. '

 

Participants learn to:

• Understand and apply strategic planning frameworks

• Set organizational direction through vision, mission, and strategic goals

• Develop and evaluate alternative strategic options

• Translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable results

The training is designed for JCI members who hold or are preparing for leadership roles requiring strategic responsibility. Despite of the advanced level of the training, no previous trainings are required to participate the training.

We recommend arriving by train to nearby train stations Vaasa or Seinäjoki. Closest airport to the venue is located in Vaasa.​​
