Strategy Academy 2026

In 2026, JCI Vaasa successfully hosted the international JCI Strategy Academy.

 

This advanced JCI-level training focused on strategic planning, long-term organizational development, and leadership decision-making. engaged in lectures, facilitated group work case analyses, and structured discussions, where they learned to understand and apply strategic planning frameworks, set organizational direction through vision and mission, and develop alternative strategic options.

The project was led by our members Emma Karlsson and Leif-Johan Setälä. Thanks to all our members, trial members and volunteers who participated in the project.

 

The training, designed for JCI members in leadership roles, was accessible without any prior training requirements. The teams worked on a real-life business case for Renergi.

 

Next JCI Strategy Academy will take place in 2028 in Finland.
